Where do we find the delivery date selection field?

You will find the Delivery Date Field on the frontend product page of your store.

Can I exclude the weekends for delivery as we do not deliver on weekends?

Yes, you can exclude the weekends by not selecting Saturday & Sunday (or any weekdays) in the Delivery Days field on the Product delivery date meta box on WooCommerce edit product page.

Can I accept deliveries only on certain pre-added delivery dates?

Yes you can add the specific dates for which you want to accept deliveries from the plugin.

Can I restrict the number of deliveries for each delivery date?

Yes, you can restrict the number of deliveries for a delivery date. You can set the number of deliveries in the "Maximum deliveries per day" field on the Product delivery date meta box on WooCommerce edit product page. The delivery date will be disabled for further deliveries in the calendar after this number of orders.

Can I display a text message with an estimated delivery date instead of Delivery Date field for the products?

Yes, you can display an estimated delivery date text message instead of the delivery date field by selecting Text block in Delivery Option on the Product delivery date meta box on WooCommerce edit product page.

Can I create fixed time slots for the delivery dates?

Yes, you can create the time slots on the Product delivery date meta box on WooCommerce edit product page. You need to check "Ask for Delivery Time" checkbox and it will then allow you to add the timeslots for the selected weekdays or specific dates.

Can my customers add products to the cart without choosing a delivery date and time?

Yes. Customers can add products to the cart without choosing a delivery date and/or time. To achieve this, the “Mandatory Fields” option should be unchecked. It can be found in the Product Delivery Date -> Settings tab on the WooCommerce Edit product page.

Can I show the calendar always visible with the available dates on the product page instead of having to click on the icon everytime?

Yes. You can show the calendar always visible or open to your customers by enabling "Show calendar always visible" checkbox under the Product Delivery Date -> Settings tab on WooCommerce edit product page.

Can I disable delivery on some public holidays?

Yes, you can disable delivery for selected dates, e.g. public holidays or any other date. The "No delivery on these dates" setting on the Product Delivery Date -> Settings tab on WooCommerce edit product page allows you to set the holiday dates which will be disabled in the calendar.

I need some lead preparation time before I can make a delivery. Can I set a minimum delivery time for my products?

Yes, you can set a minimum delivery period in hours, which will be taken into consideration before showing the earliest available delivery date or time slot to your customers. This can be done under the "Minimum Delivery preparation time (in hours):" field under the Product Delivery Date -> Delivery Time Period on WooCommerce edit product page.

Can I restrict advance delivery of my orders to certain number of calendar dates?

Yes. You can show limited dates to your customers to choose for delivery. You can set the number of days that you want in the “Number of dates to choose:” field or you can set a range of dates for which you can accept deliveries under Product Delivery Date -> Delivery Time Period on WooCommerce edit product page. By default, your customers can choose a delivery date for the next 30 available dates.

Can I provide same day deliveries to my customers?

Yes. The Same day delivery feature enables you to get the deliveries for the same date. This is available in the Product Delivery Date -> Delivery Time Period tab on the WooCommerce Edit Product page. The current date would be available until the cut-off time set for the same date delivery is passed. Once the time is passed the date will be disabled and will have the label “Cut-Off time over”. Similarly, the Next day delivery feature works where the next day would be available for delivery.

Can I charge my customers for same day or next day deliveries?

No. You cannot charge your customers separately for same day or next day deliveries.

Is it possible to add extra charges for weekdays or specific dates?

Yes. You can add additional delivery charges for the weekdays or for some specific dates under Product Delivery Date -> Delivery Charges tab on the WooCommerce Edit Product page. The charges will be added to the product price while adding the product to the cart.

Can I view all my deliveries at one place?

Yes. You can view all the deliveries in a list view or in calendar view under Product Delivery Date -> View deliveries menu on WordPress Dashboard.

Can I change the default field labels of the delivery fields?

Yes. You can change the default labels of the fields under Product Delivery Date -> Settings -> Field Labels tab on the WordPress admin dashboard.

Once a product is added to cart, can the customer change the delivery date from the Cart or Checkout page?

Yes. You can allow the customers to change the delivery dates for the product which are added to the cart. They can edit it on the Cart or on the Checkout page.

This can be done by enabling "Allow Deliveries to be editable" checkbox on the Product Delivery Date -> Settings menu in the admin dashboard.

Can the delivery date be changed for the product for already placed orders?

Yes, you can allow your customers to reschedule the delivery date & time for the already placed orders on My account page. This can be done by enabling "Allow Deliveries to be reschedulable" checkbox on the Product Delivery Date -> Settings menu in the admin dashboard.

I want to show the available deliveries for a date or time slot before customer adds products to the cart. Is this possible?

Yes, you can show the available deliveries on the frontend product page for the selected delivery date and time. This can be shown by enabling the "Enable Availability Display on the Product page" checkbox on the Product Delivery Date -> Settings menu in the admin dashboard.

Can I export the deliveries to my Google calendar for easy access?

Yes, you can export your deliveries to the google calendar directly by setting up Google API or manually by downloading ICS files. This can be done under Product Delivery Date -> Settings -> Google Calendar Sync tab.

In case of multiple products being delivered on a single date in an order, is it possible to charge the customer only once if delivery charges are added for that date/day?

Yes, this is possible. You need to enable "Apply one-time delivery charges for multiple products" checkbox under Product Delivery Date -> Settings tab.
