This plugin lets you numerate WooCommerce orders. Orders can be numbered sequentially or randomly, while reseting the numbers at a desired frequency. The plugin also allows you to prefix or suffix orders including fixed tags and dates.
Alternately, order numbers can also be edited manually.

I have purchased this plugin over a month ago and found that actually it is only cosmetic change, but real number are still "sitting there". I'm using Click&Drop with Royal Mail and was hoping to get new numbers transferred to C&D system to keep my shipping well organised. Instead this I have two different numbers now, "cosmetic" number at Woo and Real number at C&D what makes me unable to identify order, just got a chaos. I have opened a ticket asking for fix or refund, never was offered a refund and help was like "send us screenshots" with real interest of fixing this issue. Finally I had to deactivate this plugin and no refund was offered. Stay away.
Thanks Kenil for the support with fast response & services.
Just what i needed, there are other plugins, but they are outdated or with too many other features, i just needed to change the order number and this is updated which is very important and it really works! It changes order in the email messages too
This plugin does exactly what it claims to do and it’s very easy to use. I requested a new feature and Tom had the update ready in just a few days. My client is very happy.
This is a great app for changing the order numbers visually within wordpress, however this does not change the original post data in the database so that if you export your order data for input into a shipping system the exports include the original post/order number that was created, not the updated number created by this plugin.
Great! works as expected.
It helped a lot to my site.

You can setup a custom status slug, label, icon, icon & text colour.
Yes, the custom statuses can be made visible by selecting WooCommerce->Settings->Custom Order Status->Add custom statuses to admin reports.
Yes, custom emails can be setup in WooCommerce->Settings->Custom Order Status->Emails.
Please recheck if both checkboxes in WooCommerce->Settings->Custom Order Status->Add custom statuses to admin order list action buttons (i.e. Add and Enable colors) are enabled.
The plugin uses PHP_INT_MAX as the priority for the filters. Please set the desired integer value in WooCommerce->Settings->Custom Order Status->Advanced->Filter Priority to ensure the plugin code can be overridden.
Yes, in order to ensure the custom status is visible in WooCommerce->Orders->Bulk Actions, please enable WooCommerce->Settings->Custom Order Status->Add custom statuses to admin order bulk actions.
You can use .po file of the plugin for translating the plugin strings. Or you can use WPML plugin for translating strings as we have made our plugin compatible with WPML plugin.
If 'Actions' column is missing in WooCommerce->Orders list, please go to WooCommerce->Orders list and there in the top right corner is 'Screen Options' button. If you click it, you will be able to enable/disable columns (including 'Actions').
Please note that if you are using the plugin's 'Default order status' option, you may stop receiving some standard WooCommerce emails. This happens because triggers that send default WooCommerce emails are related to order status changes.
For e.g. 'Processing order' email is sent on these order status changes: from failed to processing, from on-hold to processing, from pending to processing.
Similarly 'Order on-hold' emails are sent on these status changes: from pending to on-hold, from failed to on-hold.
So if you change the default order status, emails are never triggered. Possible workaround would be to create new email in plugin's 'Emails' section that would look like standard WooCommerce email.
We have made every effort to make our plugin compliant to the GDPR guidelines. As a part of compliance we do not capture any data of end users and customers without consent.
