You can get a glimpse of email template in our earlier post.

This section is seen on the Dashboard Tab at the bottom of the page as shown below:

main page - Evaluate the performance of your abandoned cart email templates

The details that are highlighted in this section are as follows:

  1. Title of the template box
  2. When the reminder email is sent using those templates
  3. What was Open Rate of the templates
  4. What was Click Rate of the templates
  5. What was Recovery Rate of the templates
  6. Number of Templates in total
  7. Number of Active & Inactive templates of the total

For of these details, lets take an instance from the above image for better understanding.

Title of the template box – It implies the title given to each template box. Eg. Email Template 1, Email Template 2 etc.

When reminder email is sent – This is the time period after which customer will receive a reminder email on the abandonment of their shopping carts.

Open Rate of the templates – This is the % of the open rate of the reminder emails which implies the number of times the reminder emails were opened by the customers when these were sent upon cart abandonment.

Click Rate of the templates – This is the % of the click rate of the reminder emails which implies the number of times the links for checkout page or cart page were clicked by the customers provided in the abandoned cart reminder emails.

Recovery Rate of the templates – This is the % of the recovery rate of the reminder emails which implies the number of times the abandoned carts got converted to a successful transaction after customers got to the checkout or cart page by clicking on the link provided in the cart reminder emails sent to them upon cart abandonment.

Number of Templates in total– In the above image we can see there are 4 templates in total which are in use. Thus this area gives you a total count of all templates available to be used when required.

Number of Active & Inactive templates of the total – As we know there are 4 templates in total, out of which only 1 is Active and 3 are Inactive. This we can come to know from the status ‘Active’ or ‘Inactive’ which is displayed next to the name of the template. Also, active templates will have all the text written in Green whereas inactive templates will all be seen in Red as shown in the above image.

Important: This is a highly sensitive area as any changes that will occur on the Sent Emails Tab like trash and restore activity, then it will be affected here as well and the readings would give you updated information about email templates.

Conclusion
