Abandoned Cart Pro for WooCommerceRecover over 30% of your lost sales automatically. It’s so easy!

Abandoned Cart plugin works in the background, sending email notifications to your customers, reminding them about their abandoned orders. The Abandoned Cart plugin allows you to recover orders that were just a step away from closing. It enables you to create automatic & well-timed email reminders to be sent to your customers who have added your products to their cart, but did not complete the order. As a result, with this plugin you will start recovering at least 30% or more of your lost sales. Why let this 30% revenue go unclaimed?

From v3.5, the plugin will track abandoned products & carts even if the customer does not visit the checkout page or does not enter any details on the checkout page like Name or Email.

Hi,

Thank you for explaining issue in detail.

We are using WordPress default “wp_editor” for Email Body section under the Add/Edit email template page in our Abandoned Cart Lite and Abandoned Cart Pro for WooCommerce plugins. So I am not sure whether the Email Body section will be working fine in our Abandoned cart Pro plugin version.

I have created the ticket on our ticketing system “ticket at tychesoftwares dot uservoice dot com”. I have replied you for your query through the ticketing system.

Can you please please check the INBOX or SPAM folder of your email address and confirm it?

The site I am looking to use this plugin on has guest checkout enabled. How can it send emails if people do not put in their address? Does the plugin modify the checkout in any way to lead with email capture? I’m just not seeing how it “works” unless you are a logged in/registered user. That is still valuable but it misses out on a huge segment of users those who are first timers.

Thank you,
Joe

Our Abandoned Cart Lite plugin is capturing the guest user’s abandoned cart when the user will enter their email address on the checkout page and send them abandoned cart reminder email. >> How can it send emails if people do not put in their address? If the user will not enter their email address on the checkout page then our plugin cannot capture the cart and cannot send an abandoned cart reminder email. But if the guest user will add the product to the cart and visits the cart page then we are capturing the cart as a “Visitor” cart.… Read more »

So all the user has to do is put the information in, they do not have to submit? The plugin will capture if they just enter into the field?

Hi Joe,

>> So all the user has to do is put the information in, they do not have to submit?

The user does not need to submit their information. The cart will be captured when the guest user will enter the email address in the “Email Address” field on the checkout page.

Also, I would like to let you know that logged-in user’s cart will be captured from the time when the user will add the first product to their cart.

Let me know if you have any question with this.
