Voyage Air Guitar had purchased the Deposits for WooCommerce plugin to allow for both deposits as well as offer a discount for paid in full preorder sales. It worked great other than it created a conflict with a tax plugin in use which was a big issue. Regardless, Komal, Vishal and other developers at Tyche worked diligently to resolve the issue. Voyage Air is very happy with their effort and impressed with the attention to the situation to get what was a problem fixed in a timely manner...bottom line would highly recommend their product.

I am using the free version for my site. The plugin is great for what it does. The setup was really easy and I was sending abondoned cart emails in no time with very little customization to the email templates. I must say contrary to many plugin authors, Chetna Bhutka offers super awesome customer support. I was facing a customization issue and he sent me an edited version of the code. I mean no one does that for a free version but had to say I am really impressed. I will surely be happy to pay for the pro version. Keep up the good work Chetna.

I'm using the Bookings plugin on my site and it has worked amazingly! It has done what other plug-ins I tested failed to do and with very easy set ups. I highly recommend it. The customer support is amazing.
I like the plugin and we were able to use it partially for our needs. I opened a support ticket to ask about a feature we would need, hoping to find a way together or at least get confirmation that there's no way to achieve what we needed, and I was a little bit disappointed since I mostly got back responses that did not read my questions. I posted about 3 replies with the same info until I was able to get a reply on that subject. I was looking around for an advance booking plugin that would work with WCFM - and in particular variable products. None of the other plugins I tried were any good for this, but Tyche Booking and Appointments is! Most essentially, I can allocate resources to my products so that purchase of one affects the store's ability to supply another (because my vendors' time as artisan craftspeople making bespoke products) is limited. Hoping to launch v soon!

We have the free version of the delivery date and it is perfect for our needs. We have a seasonal product and in our busy times, around half of our orders are delayed. This plug in allows that and our customers really appreciate. We have to put the orders manually to a delayed status, this is the one feature that I would move to the Pro version for. The help is really quick and David made sure my questions were answered. I am going to look at other plug ins from this company.

It's not common to have a support like that and I wanna tell you the story about my experience with TYCHE. I first tried their free version of Abandoned cart lite to use for one of my client and was nice, so I decided to buy the pro version for all the feature, but when I installed my GDPR lawyer told me that for the GDPR in Italy the plug in was not GDPR compliant, because you must add an opt-t in to the e-mail to ask to be tracked. So I checked different plugins in the market and no one has that functionality, only opt-out. So I was so disappointed and I decided to ask to the TYCHE support. I described the problem and in less than a week they make the update of their plug in, incredible. It is not so common to receive a support like that. So I absolutely raccomand TYCHE, because they do amazing job with a first class support. Money well invested, especially when you do things for business!!
The Product Input Fields plugin is great - the only gripe I have is that once you add fields to a product, you can't change the order of the fields. If you have a product with 15+ fields, and then realize you need to add some more fields for things that should be at the top of your input list, guess what - you have to delete all your input fields and start over. Know what your fields need to be and they order they need to be in before you start!

Woocommerce came out with version 3.6.1 which messed up a couple of my plugins. Tyche Payment Fees plugin was one of them. After informing Tyche about the issue they were right on it to iron the issue out and got everyone up and running in short order. Some of the other plugins from other companies are STILL not working. This says a lot of the quality support with Tyche. Bravo Tyche!

Personally I can think of at least 10 websites i have done that I can take this to and show it to them and they will buy it straight away. Tiny plugin - big difference to our business. We're using the Order Delivery Date plugin and there's little else we could wish for. It would be great if the admin section styling matched the overall looks of WP. Also, custom styling options for the date picker would be great. Other than these 2 wishlist items, we are perfectly happy with the plugin. Customer support is amazing! Nearly instant replies!

This is a GREAT plugin. It enables us to collect information for a custom order for our products using Woo Commerce. The team, especially David, has been super helpful chasing down the occasional issue when updates to plugins or core have impacted the plugin. It's pretty essential for our business to collect this info and the plugin does it easily.
We use the WooCommerce custom field plugin and it works great. We use it on two sites. Recently during an update, it stopped working, but they helped us get it back. ODD is very powerful plugin for my work in bakery with different product cycles and different locations. I was deciding between 3 or 4 stars, but awesome customer support from David turned this to 5 star review. I have couple of thoughts tho: The pickup location picker (the dropdown) is useless clicks for customer. Why it's not the same way as picking a delivery option? This would minimize clicks for end user. The copying of rules is not working properly. When I clone a setting, it doesnt include the product category from the original.
Although I have the Free plugin the team did help to resolve an issue that was apparently specific to my wordpress site and thus required fixing code. They are busy but I appreciate that they provided a wonderful service and fixed the problem free of charge. Definitely recomment their plugin if you are in need of one.

I noticed an ad on FaceBook for a similar plugin but when I investigated I found the cost was to high for my website business. But what the ad did was spark my interest in abandon cart plugins. With a quick search I found Woocommerce Abandon Cart plugin. I am one of those people who watch their website often, well maybe more than often because I also use a live chat plugin and it is helpful to tracking the coming and going of customers. In the past I have often wondered when I have seen someone get to the checkout and then leave the site. Learning about and installing this plugin has helped me track the customers who abandon my cart and it provides me with an understanding as to why they abandoned. This has been very helpful. Also very helpful is the quick support provided by the people behind this plugin. Initially there was a conflict in my site with another installed plugin, This issue was resolved quickly and I was informed of the process during the procedure. It always feels good when you know there is someone somewhere who has your back! Some abandon cart plugins promote how much more income the plugin will provide you, this may be true for some websites but for mine the ability to contact customers and help them if there is a problem is the real value. Custom cut off times for each day.We use this plugin for the web shop of our florist for customers to arrange deliveries Monday to Friday and on Saturday mornings. Being able to set an earlier cut off time for Saturdays (or Sundays when applicable) is great.

We use Order Delivery Date Pro for our florist business. We're open Monday to Saturday and have different cut-off times for delivery to suit our trading hours. We may also deliver on a Sunday for special events. This plugin lets us set custom cut-off times for each day, even additional charges if required, which replicates exactly what we do in-store. When we've needed assistance, the support we have received from Tyche has been excellent. This plugin does exactly what it's designed to do. Five stars!

Doesnt work with 5.9, until they fixed it! Update: I complained and they fixed it in a week. That's amazing support. I did swap to something else but this support was so great, I went through the work to switch back. Before: Since updating to 5.9 this plugin no longer works. Often I am unable to update the date field and it just shows 1970. If I can get to the point of choosing a date, it doesn't save it correctly and I have to try again. Very rarely it works now. I have to use something else I cant have this going on.

This plugin is great - it's simple does exactly what it's supposed to. We've been using it to better organize / track the large number of orders we deal with. We had a slight issue with the plugin which I reached out to support about - via a simple back-and-forth they helped troubleshoot the issue and ultimately delivered a solution that dealt with the issue perfectly. The software itself is a very good working product, my gripe is with the support. It has been fairly lacking and slow to act when I have tried to access it. When I have used the chat system, I have had no response even though the chat software has promised me I'll be talking with the next available agent. I then received an email response a full 12 hours after I had initiated a chat request. I appreciate that it's an American company and so the time difference will play a part, but when your support centre is in India, you have chosen the most cost effective way of running a support system, not necessarily the most effective. Maybe you should invest in a global support company, so that I can access the support at a time that's convenient for me. Otherwise, remove the chat functionality and have a good old fashioned email support system where you will receive a response in 24-48 hours. I don't mind waiting for an answer, I do mind being told one thing and receiving another. C+
I have tried for months to communicate with this company for my upgraded plugin and have had nothing but the run around. I've sent them multiple emails with my license code and information asking why it is not showing up for upgrades. Last I heard from them was back in May and they said, " Thanks for the message, we'll get back to you as soon as possible!" Buyer beware! This company seems to be scamming its customers

I have the Deposits For WooCommerce plugin by Tyche Softwares. As my site is a custom build theme we had some issues getting the plugin up and running but the support from Tyche Softwares has been amazing, there customer service support is number one. They have provided code to fix any comparability issues we had to get the plugin working on our site. The recent update to Woocommerce caused a new fault which within a day got the code sent to me to fix this. This is a great app for changing the order numbers visually within wordpress, however this does not change the original post data in the database so that if you export your order data for input into a shipping system the exports include the original post/order number that was created, not the updated number created by this plugin.

I'm using their Product Input Fields for WooCommerce plugin, which is perfect, by the way, when you don't need every attribute to be tied to inventory. This plugin worked great, but it was displaying in an odd place in my Divi theme, so they recoded it to make it display properly in Divi. They were so responsive and worked hard for a solution for me. I highly recommend them as they stand by their product.

Incredible customer service and overall solid tech! Although it took some updating to get where I needed to be, the customer service (particularly Priyanka) was amazing every step and we eventually were able to solidify a working solution moving forward. I would also highlight regular updates to the plugin and an overall feeling that the company cares about quality.
When I went searching for a delivery plugin that would allow me to provide different shipping options to different zones this was the one that matched all our requirements. Requirement 1 – For the local delivery area we offer both delivery date and time. Requirement 2 – For non-local we only offer a delivery date. Requirement 3 – Some non-local will have different delivery days Requirement 4 – Local Pickup This plugin handles all of these requirements but does need some careful setup, specifically with integration on the inbuilt woo-commerce shipping system and how the various options are arranged – this was not in the documentation. Which leads to the documentation for this plugin is now very out of date with regards to the options and how the work. Now also in fairness to the team the abilities of the plugin are moving fast and the support team while abit slow with response are very through and take good care to make sure any issue is resolved. Documentation of how the onscreen availablity plugin needs a serious update to incorporate that the order of Woocommerce Shipping options affects how that pulls availble dates. I’ve had issues with the plugin regarding orders google and Apple Pay tracking the dates, but the team has been very proactive with working on this and I think we have it solved. Hopefully this will become a full-release solution. So overall while I have had some issues with the plugin recording dates and the documentation needs a full overhual it does do what I want it do and manages multiple shipping zones, delivery schedules for each zone. There is no other plugin with all my research in this that does what this one does.

Contacted customer service and though there is a time delay due to our respective locations, over several days I not only got my questions answered and issues resolved (the issue was me not the plug-in!), but discovered a bug by accident that they immediately fixed. A great plugin for adding deposits to your woocommerce website. It has options for fixed and percentage based deposits and they're fairly easy to apply, both at a global level or per product (which is what I needed). Had some issues getting the deposit to update automatically on variable products and show the amounts on the checkout page, but the excellent support team dove in and fixed those up. They also added support for a third party product options plugin - over and above the call of duty. In fact, the support team on this product is awesome!! Highly recommended. If they're reading this - if you get the time I'd love to see minimum deposit levels added in a future version if possible. That would be ace. 5/5

I express my disagreement with the product that I just bought. I request the return of my money, every year you have to pay a certain amount, I was not aware of that, you had to clarify at the beginning before making the payment. At the time of installation I thought that I would recover the abandoned cars along with the information even importing them to start sending emails or notifications but it was not like that. I request the return of my money kindly since I am not satisfied with that product and much less to pay it every year, my company is small. I really am very unmotivated.

Pretty good software; I had a glitch with page scrollling but did some random things and this resolved it. Would recommend being able to go back and edit individual time items in the appointment scheduling without having to erase the whole entry and start it over; would like to be able to copy a particular list of times during a particular date, to paste them to some subsequent dates on the calendar. Overall, I am glad I got this software.

I provide WordPress maintenance for a number of clients, and this plugin consistently proves a headache to maintain. Minor version updates release breaking changes, altering html structuring, CSS display, and sometimes even causing a zero-dollar price to be added to the cart (and other similar bugs). Also, there are FOUR ajax requests from this plugin required to simply display the price for a selected booking date on the product page. It takes ~5s for the price to even show up. Not very good user experience... I will say that the Tyche team is very quick to respond and fix these issues (5-star support; 1-star plugin) But still, one shouldn't have to dread it every time he/she sees an update available for Booking & Appointment Plugin for WooCommerce. Other reviewers clearly aren't updating their WordPress plugins very often (and thus leaving their sites vulnerable and un-secured). This company could do better. Test your plugin better before releasing new features.

Worked fine. I would add one more step to the process though. After the menu is imported, you need to go to the Appearance | Menus tab, select the menu name from the drop down box, and at the bottom of the page, select “Primary Navigation” and save the menu.

I'm using Product Delivery Date Pro for a client for a while now and it's a very flexible plugin if you need to specify delivery per product. After an update of the plugin I noticed an issue and reported it to David O. at Tychesoftware and he send me a patch file the next day which solved the problem. Thanks again David.

We are using Order Delivery Date Pro for WooCommerce on the website of our customer Tiberi Catering Shop Mallorca and it works very well. More over TycheSoftwares provides fast and good technical support.
The tech was very helpful in getting the plugin to work, however, at start, it was sending notifications for every item in the cart instead of every cart... so I personally received about 60 notifications within 2 days. Dhara fixed that problem, but by then the shop owner was very irritated and asked me to disable it because someone reported receiving a notification of an abandoned cart that was actually an empty cart. He may wish to enable this plugin again in the future, at which time I will contact you if there are any problems.

Tyche's plugin for Bookings is surprisingly a very good plugin with numerous features and functions as compared to its more famous competitors. We required some customisations to the core plugin, and VIshal, the founder, was extremely helpful and together with his team, assisted in the completion of rather complex tasks in a fairly short time frame. The support team is extremely responsive, and provide genuine and prompt assistance.
We have a an online training web site and we needed a copy protection solution to prevent users from copying text and images. We installed the Pro version of WP Content Copy Protection and it works great and solves all our problems. The support is also great. I had an issue with plugin conflict and it has been resolved within a couple of day. I can highly recommend this plugin.

The Booking plugin does a huge amount for me. Customers can see their local time for a workshop, book in, get an automatically-created Zoom link, and get automatic emails before and after the workshop. For me it's been crucial to get that Zoom integration and the world-wide time conversion. And having the plugin send automatic emails before and after has saved me some complicated and costly automations that I'd previously set up with an email marketing platform. It means I can keep in touch with workshop attendees after the event and inform them of further services. Although I've been using the plugin for 4 years I've delayed reviewing it because I've had some times when I got frustrated by bugs and delays in solving them. This has greatly improved. Even then, the support was always courteous and personal. I'm now happy to post a 5-star review as bugs are infrequent and the response time has, for the last few months, been really fast and efficient. This may be thanks to Komal Maru who gives fast and friendly responses. A note of thanks also to Kartik Parmar, software developer, who has provided so many fixes over the years: not just to bugs but also to my wishes for particular features.

This is an incredibly awesome product. The booking plugin has everything I need. Whenever I had any issues, the team was prompt to respond to my questions. They even implemented new features from my suggestions. Highly recommended.
So, to recap my experience: It has helped me increase my revenue in ways that the developers couldn’t think was possible. Instead of sending reminder emails to our clients who have abandoned their carts, i chose to call them instead. So what i did was ask the developers to disable the reminder emails that are sent to our clients and enable a way to send me email notifications to call them instead. This way, i can connect with them, ask why didn’t they process their order, answer questions they might have, and most importantly, to cross sell or up sell during the call. And we are having success with 3/4 or abandoned orders. What might be awesome is to create an api to connect with a traffic manager so the abandoned orders go directly to our call center as qualified leads. That might even fasten the process. P.s: I want to thank David for hearing me out and bearing with me for a total of 5 months LOL

Having tested many other plugins in this niche (only to find them all seriously deficient in one way or another), I decided to give WP Content Copy Protection a shot. Anyone with knowledge of website security understands the difficult balancing act regarding end-user friendliness and the degree of locking down a site to try and minimize info theft. However, this plugin covers most bases and will deter all but the most persistent and savvy offender. Plugin support proved to be excellent and very friendly. I was so impressed with the free version that I upgraded to the Premium version for a recent project and now intend to purchase their inexpensive unlimited user license for future sites. The normal Buchunngsplugin, which can be purchased at Woocommerce for immense costs, offers only rudimentary functions and we were not happy. Folks that are having problems are probably not keeping their site core and other plugins up to date OR maybe they are competitors trying to rip on this great plugin? FOR ME – PC, Apple, Mobile, Tablet – works FINE – heavy graphics use, shop carts and other “copy” protection … Nice tech support – great other plugins … Worth the price for PRO version – unlimited site license, for very little.

None of the features listed in the description are available in the Lite version! Note that it says “Abandoned Cart plugin” in many locations, there is no such plugin, there is “Woocommerce Abandoned Cart Lite” or “Woocommerce Abandoned Cart Pro” and the only thing the lite version does is: send an email to the customer with his/her name in it, (at least you can design the email) but no link, no automatic login as in the description! IT’S JUST FREE ADVERTISING FOR THE PRO VERSION!!! and the Pro version costs $119 US for 1 web site!!!

Most of the time it works perfectly. We set our delivery time to 36 hours. When we book off Sunday, it works, but at noon Saturday, Monday becomes unavailable.
I had a problem with the calendar not showing on the checkout page and Tyche very quickly solved the problem. It was a setting in woocommerce that I had wrong. I would highly recommend this company for their prompt and friendly reply to my ticket.

This plugin fits the bill of protecting premium online content effectively & easily! Plus the support provided by the author was personal & very, very prompt! The plugin works out of the box, but also provides optional settings to allows users to exclude categories and pages from protection, which is a useful feature. Highly recommended. “Infinite security has infinite cost”, and no online/PDF/encryption will provide 100% protection against your content being distributed if someone is h*ll-bent on doing just that. As such a typical business’ goal should be to make it difficult to plagiarize content without adversely impacting the user experience of legitimate users. Our site sells premium content to which only paid members have access. Since people are accustomed to routinely copying online content for sharing etc., we wanted something that would protect against inadvertent violations of our customer agreement, and as well to have a mechanism that makes it “difficult” for malicious copying/sharing. This plugin fits the bill perfectly.

We have used this software for the last two years and it has been very buggy. I would expect this quality form free software that is under development by a guy in his basement, but not a premium company selling it at premium prices. I have nearly lost a client because of the troubles it has caused.
This software has been very buggy. Issues have not been solved by support and it has cost me hundreds of dollars in wasted time and most likely a valuable client. Support time is slow and I still have outstanding issues. I will not recommend this to anyone and will not be using it again. I get more quality and support from free plugins.

The software is easy to install and configure. We have a somewhat complicated schedule since we are not a shop type environment. We actually use the booking plugin to schedule and sell "museum" tours. Different days of the week have different schedules, different numbers of allowed tours per hour, and the annual schedule is seasonal as well. We also sell tickets based on age and/or affiliation and I was able to successfully configure the bookings to correspond to this complex and dynamic environment. Bravo!
Just an outstanding product - but even better: OUTSTANDING SUPPORT! I am doing a custom ticketing program for tours, and there were some configuration issues that I just could not get past with ANY product. The Bookings software, however, came closer than anything and I resigned myself to doing workarounds in the bookings. The support folks came through though and got me up and running with a product that could be configured to meet my every need! Well done and keep up the good work!

Like all of these types of plugins so far, there are a number of Fairly easy work arounds like with simple developer tools etc. I keep hoping there will be a good, simple solution for basic wordpress sites.

The order delivery date works for us very well. We sell cheese platters in our store for pick up only. We needed a way for people to order online, but with 36 hours notice. We wanted them to be able to choose the date and time they would like to pick up. Problem solved. Due to some word press updates, the software would not work. However, Tyche support was very helpful in getting everything back up and running quickly.

Currently using the Lite version of the plugin, and even that version is a steal. The Lite version offers all the basic functions you would need for your orders to be recovered. Have it recover your sales and this plugin - and especially the paid version - will pay itself back in no time. Even support on the Lite version is sublime, so one can only imagine how they will support the Pro version. Highly recommended for any e-commerce shop owner.

We use the custom order numbers pro plug in to re-sequence our woocommerce order numbers. We also use the date prefix to add the last two digits of the year prior to the order number. In both cases the plugin as worked great. It's a real help.

The plugin is an acceptable product. When buying it a year ago we had expected much better support than we experienced later. While managing a design bug, the company had huge issues with the pace of repair which resulted in a significant loss of credibility and business of our company. It should not happen anymore that somebody who is suppyling worldwide drops out for a few days because of local holidays. This particular business must have a 24/7 expert support and vital parts of the SW secured to the extent which prevents outside/other programmers manipulation.

Excellent plugin, and excellent support from this company. Sure there were some bugs here and there as I use the software, but their team was quick to rectify the issues, and to make sure that my experience with their plugin was smooth and trouble free. I would most certainly recommend them to anyone who has needs for plugins that they have.
This plugin is for disable like in description, so there is no need admin menu for this… its automatic active… trying ctrl u to view source page, disable highlight text and this plugin do it the job right. And i using free version… AWESOME dev… thanks

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXTREMELY VIABLE to me. Especially as a non-developer in the software industry. I downloaded a WooCommerce Booking plugin, which as some would know is somewhat costly, depending on budget. At any case the version I purchased was not compatible with my Wordpress Theme. Vishal and Kartik were both extremely helpful in ensuring that I had the appropriate version, and even went as far as to create test versions of products so that I can set up the products and booking calendars correctly for my customers. To be honest, Kartick went well beyond his way to make sure I was up and running, far beyond what I asked. The plugin helps a lot and is easy to use. Regular updates keep it compatible with many payment services. Bugs and issues are quickly fixed by the support team – even if there may still occur bugs every once in a while, they are willing to improve their testing and therefore the plugin and support deserve 5 stars.

I can't overstate how pleased I am with service I've received from Tyche Software. I bought the Booking and Appointment Plugin having been disappointed with its nearest competitor plug-in from a rival. It is so much better than the alternative and, what is more, the customer support was brilliant. I mainly dealt with Komal, who helped me come up with a workaround for a particular functionality I needed and then - to my amazement - requested custom coding from their development team to finesse the solution. I have a website where I run online courses and need to protect users from saving photo and video content and distributing it without permission. I installed this plugin (free version) alongside WP CodeCipher (same plugin author). That was the best solution for me. This plugin prevents copying text and saving photo and video content in posts. Then there are some smarter users that would eventually get to your source code. That’s where WP CodeCipher comes in. It completely scrambles your source code to something that doesn’t make sense. So now users can’t save images/video etc from my site directly, and also won’t get hold of it in the source code. What more could you ask for?

This plugin can do just about everything you need, when it comes to delivery dates and times. Also rather complex calculations. Most will only need the free version, but the paid version offers a lot from what I can see.

Recently has an issue with the Order Delivery Date Pro plugin and emailed the support team. They investigated the issue and replied with two updated .js files with code changes that fixed and resolved the issue all within 12 hours of me submitting the ticket. In my (10years+) experience of building websites and working with Wordpress I have never experienced this kind of support. With the current COVID-19 pandemic, with other companies I generally receive extended support ticket reply times and let's face it, usually it takes a few days for companies to actually figure out the issue at hand, if at all. In Tyche Softwares case, Chetna Bhutka took my limited details of the issue, visited the website and actually figured out the issue and wrote complex Javascript code to fix the issue first time. I am still blown away. Well done and keep it up! If anyone has reservation about using their products, please don't, like myself you will not regret it.

It sent the email of the admin user to their server and subscribed it to a newsletter, without asking for consent or permission. I uninstalled it one year ago, yet tyche software is still sending me spam about their “black Friday deals” edit: it has a button “click here to be notified of updates” or something like that. The user pressed it, and the admin email has been subscribed. It should ask which email to subscribe, and not presume that the admin is interested in receiving spam

The Delivery Date Pro plugin works smoothly most of the time. The initial setup and understanding/using the shipping rules can get quite complicated, but the support team is responsive in giving input and troubleshooting issues.

Order Delivery Date Pro is a great extension for WooCommerce which has allowed us to set up complex delivery and pickup schedules for multiple locations with different opening days and pickup times. The options available are incredibly flexible and would no doubt meet most client requirements. The support team are also excellent and have helped us on numerous occasions with integrating and setting up the extension to meet our needs.

Such a great plugin. We did a month long event that we needed booking slots for, and special themed nights to book for. It was easy, reliable and I don’t think we needed any custom code to make it work great. Emails were very configurable too, so it allowed for a nice branded experience.

This plugin did its job beautifully. My only problem was installing it directly from WP: even when I wrote its exact name, this was not the first plugin returned, but the last on the page. Still, I think this is WP problem and has nothing to do with the plugin itself. I suppose it will get higher as it gets more users and reviews.
I have been running this plugin on my fairly busy website for a number of years. Where it differs from most other similar plugins is that it integrates into individual products, unlike others that are category based. For any website that sells custom made products or have unique requirements and different variations per product then this is a safe and simple plugin to use. I would recommend this plugin to anybody and TYCHE as a plugin development company who always have your back.

while i think my experience is probably not normal, i have not had a good one. The plugin doesn't work. i am also using another plugin to calculate price based on product options and the two plugins are not compatible so my money has been wasted (to date). there is a support representative (Rashmi Malpande) who has been looking into it helpfully and is apparently working on the issue now for two weeks however he has not yet advised me of a fix. I look forward to either the issue being fixed or the purchase price refunded. my support ticket number is 5879

Custom Delivery Time Slots I needed to find a plugin that could allow my client to have specific days and time slots for different categories. I used the Custom Delivery Settings to have many different configurations for different days. This allowed them to take pre-orders of food too. It was worked perfectly so far and plan to use again.
When I found this plugin I was struck by the simplicity that is its strength, attention, simplicity in use and functions, it does not mean that it is worth little but that, whoever created it, has taken into account an element that is sometimes difficult to be achieved: immediate usability. In addition, in addition to the sequential numbering of orders, it also has the reset that can be set with different time intervals, I use the annual one for tax management in my country. I had a block on the sequence of the order numbers, but the support intervened and solved the problem immediately. Great job guys!

Gutted, I so hopped this would be the plugin I needed. Firstly, the date selection did not appear on the checkout page. I could only get it to appear on the Cart page. Secondly, was unable to limit plugin's visibility /availability based on shipping method.

The plugin does the job, it works.But it can improve. The plugin presents all the roles to put a price and these are many, which makes its administration panel difficult. There are several roles that are not commercial but are administrators or technicians. I suggest being able to mark the roles that will be used commercially first, to only present these in the administration panel.

Ok honest review here, this booking softwear was so stressful to learn but well worth the effort! I had some serious questions about how to set everything up and the Tychesoftware crew was SO NICE and thorough about answering them all. It took about 3-4 nights to get a good understanding of how to works and then I was able to set up my calendar for the year. However, I am completely new to booking softwear in general so someone else might learn it faster. Anyway I was able to learn how to set it all up and it is AMAZING. It is exactly what I needed. So if you give youreslf some time to learn how to use it it is well worth it. It is very customizable, you can block off any dates or times you aren’t available and switch it back if you change your mind. I’ll submit a picture of what my calendar looks like, I set it up to have a sale and I like the way it displays that as well (you can make the calendar view one month at a time but I liked having two). I was worried about people being able to book appointments over eachother but there is a way to have multiple time slot options for people to book which ever they want and the softwear blocks off any other time slots that conflict with the time of the one booked. There’s also a way to but it in test mode and it provides a test credit card number so you can see how it will work when your clients start booking appointments. I’m also looking forward to using it to set up group events where I can have a certain number of seats available. So much you can do with this booking plug in.

Hi, we tried to blackout Christmas and Boxing Day and New Years day. Then the calendar did not give any pricing anymore with late date after Christmas. It would just not populate the second date field. Customers called and we were lucky not to loose business. Now we opened those dates again, but we can not deliver then. What is the problem? Even this free lite version has a ton of options. And from my research, this is the only delivery date plugin for Woocommerce that has such a granular adjustment on the minimum delivery date. It can be set in hours, not just days like the rest of them. So for instance, I'm using this on the floral shop website and I set the minimum delivery date to 13 hours. That means that someone can order flowers for same-day delivery up to 11:00 AM. That's a pretty important little feature...great job Tyche Softwares!

First of all, after i tryed 15 different plugins i can say that this plugin is the best plugin you can ask. its work with woocommerce. its support wp multisite, you can choose icon and color that will show in you order panel. its work with oder wordpress plugins. about the author, i have some issue with some plugins and i wait days for replay. i sent a message to this plugin author (Tom) and he send me email immediately and ask for screen share to help. he fixed the small problem i had and then i was rude and ask him to help me with other plugin. he fixed the other plugin problem in 3 sec max!!!! he just a genius, i got a great service and i really apretiate that.

It just works exactly as I need it to. I use it so that I can post my holiday menu months in advance, and customers can place their orders for items that aren't currently available but will be for delivery on that respective holiday. And their customer service is attentive and just great.

It’s a good solution, I’m using it mostly for protecting my images, but it’s also useful for texts. It doesn’t secure the photos 100%, but no plugin is, so I’m rating it 5 stars because I couldn’t find anything better.

I am very happy with this plugin because just by activating the plugin it already gave me all the security I need so that they cannot copy or steal any image from my site. What I liked the most is that they disable the u control and the f12 key so that more experienced users have a harder time trying to hack content and will think twice before trying. Excellent. Very good! There is only one detail that is on mobile when you open it in firefox it shows the alert only that below it appears the options to view, download, etc. So you give it to accept you can use the options that it would have to block. But taking out that detail in the rest blocks well, I hope that in a new update they will fix it. Greetings and congratulations!

First class company from the CEO throughout the company. When you purchase their product, they are sincerely hands on "after" the sale to make sure you are completely satisfied. I received communication from their CEO and he connected me with Upendra. I purchased the booking plugin and though I have worked with computers as we all have, there was a learning curve I needed to get past to make the booking plugin work for my specific business. Upendra made special efforts and was fantastic at communicating to help me achieve what I needed the product to do. In fact, I will honestly tell you he went over and above standard support expectations. Let me save you time and money researching and trying other products. Truthfully, I purchased some cheaper products that I ultimately had to abandon. They didn't have the functionality of Booking and Appointment but much more importantly the other companies did not support their product with the depth that Tyche Software does. I would have saved a few dollars, but moreover, I would have avoided many frustrating hours had I come to Tyche first. If you're on the fence about trying their product, I hope my reviews gives you the assurance to try them. I am not related to the company in anyway, in fact I am a foreign customer for them. Plugin works well most of the time, however every now and then there is an issue/glitch that pops up. Joao Victor was the technical support person I had and was very good at getting back to me. Being in Australia and him in Brazil I found the time difference slowed things down on getting issues fixed straight away.

This plugin, along with a shipping method customizer, allowed us to offer different delivery schedules based on both shipping method and product category. It allowed us to tailor WooCommerce to the very specific needs of a client with their bakery e-commerce store. In general, this is great software because it adds a functionality that is hard to find in ecommerce systems. I first came across it in maybe 2014 and I was glad to see it works with Woocommerce. I can only give it 3/5 stars because I found it to be a very stressful transition updating from my old version 2.5, to 4.14.3. It was not a smooth transition -- lots of things did not work and I was basically talking with support for weeks and there were a bunch of options that needed to be inputted in order for it to just work, such as filling in the availability and checking off some of the settings. Also, I feel it could be improved with a general "all" option with individual override -- meaning that you can set the general rule for availability to be 60 days, but then a user can override it for a particular product to be only 15 days. Right now, if you do not fill that in, it won't even let you book it. I had to go through my 79 products to change the settings 1by1.

I received an email to renew my license for this plugin. But the calendar never worked which is the main reason I purchased this expensive plugin. I connected with the developer on many occasions to see if it could be remedied…even providing them with access to my site. But after several updates and seeing it not work, I gave up trying to get them to fix it. Needless to say I am not renewing my license. There are other plugins that do the same thing at a fraction of the cost and don’t advertise a calendar that doesn’t function. Maybe remove the calendar and lower the price… add it as a separate add-on for those few who claim they can see the orders on it.
Tyche has been great. Whenever I have a problem they respond and provide guidance on how to fix it. They even create code to fix problems that I am having. Really do appreciate the responsiveness and support. Makes my life easier. Mahalo

This plugin allows you to see the abandoned carts of both registered and unregistered users, and also has the option of sending an email to the registered users reminding them of the products they left in the cart. This email is sent after a time that can be configured. Very good!

I sent them an email seeking clarification as to whether it would meet one of my clients' needs, and they replied promptly with a very detailed answer that reassured me. My client switched from the Product Delivery Date Pro Plugin to the Order Delivery Date Pro Plugin though the decision to do so was made three days after their auto-renewal went through. Tyche, with Upendra's assistance, gladly refunded the renewal fee for the PDDPP with the plugin switch. The ODDPP is exactly what the client needs to allow their customers to choose between delivery or pickup. It also gives pickup locations which is an important feature since the client has three locations. Needless to say, they are very happy. There was a kink upon installation that support replied quickly over, but it was just the staging push and edit overwhelm that made things wonky, and no help was needed after all. This plugin formats everything in tables. This doesn’t work for responsive designs. It takes a lot of css to get it to be mobile friendly. The options for dates and times are extremely limited. If you want to have time options from noon to five, for example, you have to find the timepicker javascript file, read jQuery documentation on it, then add in the minTime and maxTime variables.

Useless product and customer services, after 5 months of continuous problems, they don’t want to refund me, I had problem since 2nd day I purchased the product you can’t upgrade the product from the dashboard, you have to do it from FTP, and it’s very annoying, it was sending emails to purchased order, and any to abandoned, I spent more than 10 hours working for them, with any success, I had the felling that I paid for be a beta-tester, it’s completely a shame. Keep your money or use it with any other tool.

Vishal & Komal were fantastic in helping me out with the issues, making the changes on my website to allow the plugin to work correctly, and followed up weeks later to ensure all was still working ok after the update. The plugin has made a huge difference to my website and my working hours, being able to restrict certain dates and times means I haven't had to make unnecessary phone calls or emails informing customers they can't have a delivery due to it being a weekend or public holiday. David O recently helped me with a few issues. It did take a bit of time but the issues were complex. David was able to resolve them and was very pleasant and professional through the entire process.
I have used the Deposits for WooCommerce plugin on a clients website for the last couple of years. The plugin enabled clients, most who were either unemployed or just released from prison, to sign up and pay for training courses to become personal fitness instructors. Because most of the clientele did not have much income, the plugin enabled my client to set up payment plans so his customers could pay in instalments as the course progressed, with each payment coinciding with the delivery of a module. Unfortunately, mostly due to the COVID lockdowns, my client has now closed this business, but whilst it was open the plugin served him and his customers very well.

Reported an issue back in March. Chetna looked into it and mentioned that the developers would have make a change in one of their future releases. Just received an email from Chetna indicating that the change has been implemented and to update to the newest version. It worked like a charm. Great support and amazing follow up by Chetna. Very nice plugin, but there is one problem I noticed. When an order is marked with a customstatus and you are busy in the customstatussettings and delete that status to make a better one, then not only that status is gone but also the order itself. Oops! I was shocked because suddenly some orders disappeared in the woocommerce orderpage and those were not there anymore. I could repair it to make a new status with the same slug I have used before and voilá it appeared again. But it is not good of course. I guess you will repair this problem, so for now 4 stars and after repair 5 stars…
Have been using the plugin for years with no problem. After a recent 500 error on login issue, I reached out to the developer for help and they quickly applied a fix. Courteous, quick response and resolution.
First of all, after i tryed 15 different plugins i can say that this plugin is the best plugin you can ask. its work with woocommerce. its support wp multisite, you can choose icon and color that will show in you order panel. its work with oder wordpress plugins. about the author, i have some issue with some plugins and i wait days for replay. i sent a message to this plugin author (Tom) and he send me email immediately and ask for screen share to help. he fixed the small problem i had and then i was rude and ask him to help me with other plugin. he fixed the other plugin problem in 3 sec max!!!! he just a genius, i got a great service and i really apretiate that.

We are a very busy Tea Rooms and have been more so during this pandemic. We have been able to take orders but we were just not coping with the amount of deliveries. Having researched for a way around this and to keep our customers happy, we found this amazing plugin which now allows us to restrict dates, amount of deliveries and create time slots to name just a few (there are many more). I have to say that the value for money for this plugin is worth its weight in gold. We also had a few questions about the plugin and in particular, the layout. Abandoned Cart Pro does a great job keeping track of carts left behind and I've used it for a couple of years. But I had a couple of annoying technical issues that just wouldn't go away. I was a little bit worried about this plugin because there were some low star reviews and I didn’t know if it would work for me. I always read the support threads, and I found that all of the concerns had been addressed when they were submitted as support requests, so that is a big tick for me… I decided to give it a go because I put so much work into my content, and it KILLS me to see it copied and pasted into someone elses blog with no acknowledgement! The plugin is BRILLIANT. Within 30 seconds from downloading, my website is protected from the thieving masses. So. Good. A cool feature on the premium version looks like I will be able to select some pages where I want to enable copy function – like my contact details. These guys just keep killing it on the plugins, can’t wait to see what’s next!

I purchased Woo Commerce Abandoned Cart Pro for two websites and after three days of it being active, the plugin paid for itself with recovered sales. I had one issues with setting up the plugin in one of my websites because of the custom nature of the site, however tech support was very responsive and fixed all the incompatibilities themselves - was definitly the best tech support service I have ever received. Recently I had the need to find a comprehensive online booking system that would work seamlessly with my client’s WooCommerce e-Commerce platform as well as the Word Press site we had built around it. After looking at all the various plugins available we choose Tyche Software’sBooking & Appointment Plugin. Installation and setup was very simple and we soon had the basics in place to handle my client’s needs. My client offers various training and educational art classes in the field of glass fusioning. Their need was to be able to handle the purchases and commensurate bookings for their programs which included multiple days, multiple times during the days, and varying class sizes as well as the ability to block certain dates and times and adjust class sizes on the fly. In addition my client does a lot of business with various local discount groups like Groupon, Living Social and Amazon Local which can result in high volumes of purchases coming in at any given time. The plugin was able to handle it all. More importantly, as we progressed we discovered various situations that the plugin did not accommodate, such as the ability to filter out previous bookings so my client would be able to only view current bookings and not have to wade through pages and pages of already passed bookings, as well as the ability to filter bookings by check-in date. Product delivery date has always worked exactly as advertised! Recently, when I changed my website background to black and the default text color to white, I noticed the white background in the time picker made the time slot options "invisible" unless hovering over them. I reached out to tech support, and within 24 hrs they provided a code snippet that let me set the text color in the picker to black. Supper simple and effective. This is how customer support should work! Keep up the great work.

I'm currently using the Booking & Appointment plugin and the Deposits for WooCommerce plugin by Tyche Softwares for a party rental client. These plugins have covered exactly what I needed to be able to book rentals and allow the customer to make deposits. I did have a small bug with the deposits plugin, but Rashmi Malpande, with Tyche support, was able to get the issue resolved for me very quickly and efficiently. Great products and more importantly (for me) great technical support if you have questions or issues!

When I found this plugin I was struck by the simplicity that is its strength, attention, simplicity in use and functions, it does not mean that it is worth little but that, whoever created it, has taken into account an element that is sometimes difficult to be achieved: immediate usability. In addition, in addition to the sequential numbering of orders, it also has the reset that can be set with different time intervals, I use the annual one for tax management in my country. I had a block on the sequence of the order numbers, but the support intervened and solved the problem immediately! Great job guys!
Works well. A conflict between this plugin and another plugin I am using was resolved within a week in the next release. Simple, no fuss, does the job.
To whom this may concern. We purchased two plugins from Tyche. The Order Delivery Date Pro and the Product Delivery Date Pro. Both plugins are quite complicated as they must be, they do both adress actual complicated scenarios as they appear in real life. We ran into problems, mostly due to us not understanding how to set up our specific scenario (english is not our native language), so we needed support from Tyche. We got in contact with David O., who in fact tirelessly helped us out. After a few days of silence on our part, he actually wrote us back to make sure that things were ok (!!) All in all we do recommend the plugins - be prepared to a certain learning curve - but once grasped, they work flawlessly. And indeed they solve a very concrete problem with (a florist) the web shop. The support we received from Tyche Softwares was outstanding. We bought a license for a delivery slot plugin, the plugin worked fine but the client changed the business requirement. Tyche allowed us to simply swap to a different plugin without any problems. A few weeks later there was a slight conflict between plugins which they sorted out without any problems or delay to the project. I will definitely use them again.

As per their standard refund policy we can claim it 100% within 30 days from purchase. But we cross this limit and even after this time-frame when we put up our case that this plugin is not able to meet our requirement fully then without asking by us Tyche Software refund the amount 100% very fast. I wanted images protected so we could upload some other images that we didn’t want to share. I know there are workarounds but this will slow down some people. I had to fidget a little but it works like I wanted.

EDIT: What I experienced (see my old review) only happened to shopping carts the administrator created. This behavior is a little strange, but it is not affecting any customer. Therefore, I can deal with this issue. I found another issue just now: when I check for recovered shopping carts, it shows the recovered carts twice in the list, and doubles the amount of the additional revenue. Because it seems to do it’s job, and is able to recover some carts, but it still has issues on the back end, I will change my rating from 1 star to 4 stars. Please keep working on it! It is a great tool, but still buggy. OLD REVIEW: I placed an order, some weeks ago, with my own store, to test some functions. After that, I deleted both the test order and the test customer. Since then, I get a abandoned cart reminder every couple days, for exactly this order. When I the go to the abandoned cart plugin, is there a new order, exactly like the one I deleted, and the order is placed by the test customer I already deleted weeks ago. This is absolutely crazy!! And I don’t know, if my customers probably will get the same thing after they abandoned a cart? This behavior is scary! I will better uninstall it because I don’t know why it develops a life of its own!!!

I have been using Order Delivery Date Pro for a few years and it is great. The plugin allows me, as a small operator, to customize our customers’ experience like the big companies do. The most important thing is that the support from Tyche is there for us. Anything that comes up they respond within a day and get right on it. I’m very happy with this plugin and this company.

Fantastic plugin. Does exactly what it says and very simple to use. I have customers on subscriptions in both the US and Canada with the fees being slightly different in each country. After literally hours of searching for what I thought would be a simple solution to charging customers in the US in USD and Canadian customers in CAD dollars (at least on the front end) I finally found this. Seamless. Customers in each country see their own currency. The charge even shows up on Stripe in the related currency. Conversion is only done at payout. Couldn't be better. And with the Pro version exchange rates are updated daily.

I tried the free version very little, I immediately went to the PRO version for its reasonable price compared to the competition, until very satisfied time.
Prompt and excellent service by Chetna, had to bounce back and forth a few times to resolve my issue but he was always willing and patient. Plug-in is rather effective and gets the job done!

I don't know if anything has changed in the range of functions since the 1-star ratings, but the tool is already perfectly usable in the free version. You can create as many statuses as you like, send mails when you change statuses and with a small script (see here) you can even pay for orders with your custom status (WooCommerce doesn't allow this otherwise). I am highly satisfied with the plugin and the support was super helpful, the link to the above snippet also came from them. Many thanks again!
This Lite version does the job. Abandoned carts are captured and reminder emails are sent. The setup is easy with the help of the documentation. I have reached out support because I needed to remove/customize reminder emails, and the support was very reactive and efficient. All good.
