The usage tracking feature added in version 7.8 allows us to understand better:
- Who is using the plugin
- What types of businesses use it
- Which users abandon/recover more carts
This provides valuable insights to improve the plugin.
How it works:
- You can enable usage tracking in the admin area.
- It sends non-sensitive data like:
- Store size
- How the plugin is installed
- How it is being used
The data is helpful for us to:
- See who uses the plugin
- Learn how it’s used in real stores
- Identify areas to improve
Note: The data collected is fully anonymous. This usage tracking feature shares insights to help us enhance the plugin based on how real businesses use it. This benefits all users.
Important
The only sensitive information we store is the admin email.
We do not track or store any personal or business-critical data from you or your clients and keep track of the admin email address simply to get in touch regarding important updates or major bug fixes of the plugin.
Tracking data is sent automatically to our servers once you opt-in and then every week from there on.
How to opt-out?
You can opt out of this feature by going to the General Settings tab.
